This course is designed for students who have already taken the introductory class to interpretation. We will work on advanced note-taking techniques for consecutive interpretation, and get started on multi-tasking skills that will pave the way to simultaneous interpretation. Students will also be given the opportunity to observe professional conference interpreters at work, and learn about conference interpreting in a professional context.
